Having a fair dinkum crack at "title of the year" is ATV's A Forest between the Thighs, a little Italian film starring a chick whose Rambo-style headband had me thinking she was a modern day Xeena or Red Sonya or something equally fantastic. Of course, she's battling all kinds of villains, like the deadly Ass-spitter (shown top left) who infects his victims by filling their unsuspecting buttholes with slimy gobs of spit and nose snot.
Thankfully, the cover's designers have removed any chance of me thinking this might be a film about LARPing by shifting the title to the left to reveal one hell-uv-a hobbit house. Warm and toasty, no one's dying of hypothermia in there this winter, that's for damn sure, and villagers from miles around seek sanctuary in Sonya's slot whenever they hear the loogie-monster hocking back some serious grotto grot.
