Fresh from a stint on the Bavarian Biggest Loser, in which the contestants are forced to run for their lives through the Black Forest, Fritz is ready to cut away the grey flesh and restore Lola to her past glory. Onto the exercise bike Lola goes, nude, of course. And while she starts out well, it's clear that she's running short of breath after a few minutes. Fritz allows her a gas mask to ensure her oxygen flow is pure... and beats her tits as a punishment.
