Easily the nastiest cover of the 8 or so Roly Poly Gangbang films, episode 6 takes things to a whole new level. I can't work the background out, but it appears that they've superimposed Carol's enormous body onto an image of some kind of giant tombstone, which is well apt seeing as she's gonna be dead in about 2 hours. I have no idea why they included what looks like an apple tree. This porker ain't never had no fruit.
