Boy, oh boy, does this cover raise all kinds of questions. Looking more like an assisted birth than anything vaguely sexual is Schwanger: Doppelfaust, another exploration into the most maternal of all genres, pregnant porn. Perhaps its a pre-natal stretching exercise, or perhaps they couldn't find the forceps but what I really wanna know is where they got that cool, retro couch... and what's with the earrings?
