Topping the list of freakiest films is Long Jeanne Silver, a high-point in the grindhouse years of the late 1970s that established the career of Jeanne Silver, an amputee who gets off on cramming her mutant leg into all and sundry.

The stump itself is pretty foul, but kinda hot all the same, and definitely the "car crash" effect is at play here: you find you can't look away. She waves teh scrawny appendage around like a plucked chicken wing and, when she penetrates with her lubed monstrosity, you can't quite believe your eyes... as perfectly exemplified in the rear cover shot of her preparing to face-fuck one of her "lucky" co-stars.
